All sales are final, both online and in store.

Product Orders

All of our bridal gowns are vintage pieces, hand-selected for their unique beauty and timeless charm. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, some dresses may exhibit minor imperfections such as slight discoloration, small fabric snags, or delicate wear — all of which are part of their story and character.

Our collection includes many one-of-a-kind items which may include normal wear and/or imperfections. We strongly encourage customers to review all product photos, descriptions, and sizing details carefully before purchasing. We do our best to highlight any damage and points of concern, and price them accordingly. 

Each dress contributes to reducing waste and promoting conscious, eco-friendly bridal fashion. By choosing a vintage gown, you are embracing sustainability and celebrating fashion that has been cherished and passed down through generations.

All sales are final, and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. If you have more specific questions on an article for sale in our shop or would like additional photos of any item, we are happy to oblige. 

Fitting Scheduling Refund Policy

If you need to change your fitting appointment time after it's scheduled, we charge a $10 change fee. Contact us at info.creamandivory@gmail.com to reschedule your appointment. 

We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made 72 hours or more before your appointment. However, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
